Strong sign-in
Parents sign in with phone number and one-time code. Staff use a password with optional 2FA, which is mandatory for bursars and admins.
Encrypted everywhere
TLS in transit and encryption at rest. Ghana Card, SSNIT and medical notes are encrypted field by field.
Every school walled off
Each school’s data is isolated at the database level. Automated tests on every release confirm one school can never read another’s.
Maker–checker approvals
Refunds, discounts, deleting records and changing published results all need a second approver.
Complete audit log
Who changed what, when, from where, and what it was before. Kept for seven years.
Least privilege
Granular permissions scoped to a school, campus, class or subject. People see only what their role needs.
Our commitments

Schools hold some of the most sensitive data there is. Here is what we promise every school, parent and student.
- 01We register with Ghana’s Data Protection Commission and publish a clear privacy notice.
- 02Parents give consent at admission. We honour requests to see or correct data.
- 03We never sell data and never show adverts, to parents, students or staff.
- 04Card details are never stored by Ecole. Payments run through a Bank of Ghana–licensed partner.
- 05Academic records are kept permanently. Financial records are kept for the legal minimum, and schools can configure more.
- 06We commission an independent penetration test before scaling beyond the pilot.
